Booking One of Our Treks or Ski Trips?

Here's what you need to know

 

Refund Policy

Once the trip is booked and deposit paid, the following cancellation policy is applicable: 

• 30 days before the trip start date - 30% cancellation charge.
• 15 days before the trip start date – 50% cancellation charge.
• 07 days before the trip start date – 75% cancellation charge.
• Less than 07 days before the trip start date – 100% of the trip cost. No refund.

Terms & Conditions

1. Please understand that most of our trips are adventure trips, and such trips require flexibility. The day by day itinerary as shown in the website or in any of our promotional materials are taken as a guideline only. Local conditions may require a slight change - this will only be taken if absolutely necessary.
2. Once you have chosen the trip, we send you our pro forma invoice along with bank details and once you have paid the deposit, it is understood that there will be a contract between you and Bull's Adventures for that particular trip.
3. To secure your booking, a non refundable deposit of minimum 50% of the total trip cost is required. Balance amount should be sent to us at least one month before your trip begins. If you book within a month before the trip start date, the whole amount for the trip will be required immediately.
4. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (2.3% surcharge applies for credit card payments). We accept Visa and Mastercard only. If you wish to make a cash payment, please understand that we will not be able to accept any amount greater than ₹ 20,000/- on a single invoice.
5. If you wish to make payment by bank transfer, we will send you our bank details at the time of booking. Please note that applicable bank charges will need to be paid by you.
6. Bull's Adventures will not be held responsible for denying clients from a trip if full payment has not been made before the due date.
7. It is your responsibility to obtain any visa required for international travel to undertake any trip booked with Bull's Adventures.
8. Your health, and your ability to undergo the trip is your responsibility. We ask you to fill up a medical health form before a rigorous trek or expedition, but that is only for the information of the Bull's Adventures' staff on the trek, so they are aware of issues, if any. 
9. A Liability Waiver form (in the case of undertaking an adventure trip) will need to be signed by you and you accept that you may be exposed to certain inherent dangers in any such adventure trip. Failure to sign the Liability Waiver form will preclude you from joining certain adventure trips. If you are below 18 years of age, your parent or guardian's signature will be required.
10. ​No refund will be entertained for those who leave the trip due to sickness, injury or any other reason.
11. No refund will be given for any unused service.
12. ​If you leave the main party mid-way, you will need to pay for your own meals and accommodation and any other possible charges that may apply. 
    
13. Bull's Adventures will not be held responsible for any other trip related expenses such as booking of international flights, visa, insurance, vaccinations unless specifically stated otherwise. We are only liable for payments made to us.

If Bull's Adventures Decides to Cancel a Trip

If Bull's Adventures decides to cancel a trip because of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, earthquake, strike, flood, riots, pandemic or spread of diseases etc., we will try our best to refund the full trip cost that has been paid to us. Often, we would have paid advances to other parties, and until we receive those advances back, it may be difficult to refund you the whole amount. We seek your understanding for the same.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, including their validity, interpretation, or enforcement, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of India, New Delhi. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs related to the dispute resolution process unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator

Travel Insurance

We usually provide all our guests with adventure travel insurance. If however, you choose to use your own personal insurance, we recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance which includes cover for medical treatment as well as evacuation in case of illness or other unforeseen situations.

You agree to provide us with your insurance details prior to commencement of the trip. You understand that not having this insurance, or failing to provide us with the details, may delay any necessary assistance and repatriation, and that Bull's Adventures shall not be held liable for the same.
